Services
What working with me looks like
I handle every step personally, from the first phone call through move-in day. Here's exactly what that means.
How it works, step by step
- 01
Discovery call
We start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. I ask about care needs, budget, timing, and what matters most to your family. Free, no pressure, no obligation.
- 02
Curated options
I put together a short list of communities I know personally, matched to what you actually told me, not a directory of every option in the county.
- 03
Tours together
I come with you to tours and appointments. I know which questions reveal how a place is really run, and I'm there to ask them alongside you.
- 04
Move-in & beyond
I help with the paperwork that comes with a move and coordinate with movers so moving day goes smoothly. I check back afterward to see how things are settling in.
What I actually do
"Concierge" can be a vague word. In practice, it means:
- Accompany you to community tours and appointments
- Help with the paperwork involved in a move
- Coordinate with movers on moving day
The care levels I place families in
Independent living
For seniors who don't need daily care but want the maintenance, cooking, and isolation of a house taken off their plate: private living with meals, activities, and neighbors close by.
Assisted living
Support with bathing, dressing, medication, and mobility, layered on top of private living, for someone who's safe on their own most of the day but needs help with specific daily tasks.
Memory care
A secured environment with staff trained specifically in dementia care, designed around safety, routine, and the way memory loss actually changes day-to-day needs.
Skilled nursing
Around-the-clock medical care and rehabilitation, typically after a hospital stay or for a condition that needs a nurse on-site rather than an aide.
